Alkermes strives to foster a culture of respect, inclusion and equality, and we are grateful to all our employees for doing their part to ensure Alkermes is a place where people can be their true selves. We invite you to meet the co-leaders of Pride@Work, our employee resource group (ERG) for LGBTQ+ employees and allies. Pride@Work seeks to promote practices, policies and benefits that are inclusive for all sexual orientations, gender expressions and characteristics, and provide an open forum where employees collaborate, network and engage.
