Our Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging (DIB) governance structure includes a DIB Steering Committee and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), all of which play important roles in helping to ensure our efforts are aligned with the diverse range of perspectives within the organization. We also recently established a DIB Executive Committee, which includes our CEO and other senior leaders, to help maximize the impact of our DIB efforts across the business.
With representation from across the company and varying levels of leadership, these groups work together to set goals, establish and execute strategic initiatives, measure our progress and promote a culture of understanding and inclusion throughout our business. They also help the organization respond to important external social and cultural issues and events.

Alkermes is proud to support the Urban League and the NAACP, organizations with long histories of advocating for civil rights, as well as the New Commonwealth Racial Equity and Social Justice Fund, which provides support and resources to organizations committed to uncovering and dismantling systemic racism in Massachusetts, where many of our employees live.
Our belief in the importance of a culture of diversity and inclusion also extends to our supplier base. We strive to include diverse vendors and suppliers in our sourcing process, as we believe that doing so can help us better understand and anticipate the needs of the diverse communities that we serve.
