The Greater Boston area has been home to our U.S. corporate office and research & development hub for our entire 35-year history. Nearly 600 employees work out of our newly built Waltham facility, which houses state-of-the-art research labs alongside our commercial, medical, executive and corporate functions in a space that fosters innovation and collaboration.
Over the past 17 years, hundreds of Waltham-based employees have engaged in community service as part of Alkermes in Action, an employee-led effort to give back. These collective efforts bring our values to life in our community - something we are very proud of.
We’re pursuing the greatest opportunities to apply our deep neuroscience and medicinal chemistry expertise towards R&D that we believe can have the biggest impact on delivering important new medicines across a broad range of disorders affecting the brain.
Year after year, Alkermes has been recognized as an employer of choice in the life sciences industry. Learn about what makes our company a great place to work: our culture, values and people. Explore opportunities to join our team by viewing positions currently open for hire.
