Joshua Reed
Chief Financial Officer
Joshua Reed serves as Alkermes’ Chief Financial Officer. In this role, he leads the Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting & Financial Operations, Tax, Procurement and Strategic Sourcing functions.
Mr. Reed joined Alkermes in 2025, bringing more than 30 years of experience in finance with a particular focus on the biopharmaceutical industry. He was previously the Chief Financial Officer at both Omega Therapeutics and Aldeyra Therapeutics. Mr. Reed’s experience also includes roles of increasing responsibility at Bristol Myers Squibb. Earlier in his career, Mr. Reed worked in financial services at JPMorganChase, Credit Suisse First Boston, and Chase Manhattan Bank. Mr. Reed currently serves on the board of directors of Scholar Rock.
Mr. Reed earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Rutgers University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
