Anne Whitaker
Ms. Whitaker has more than 30 years of leadership experience as an executive in the biopharmaceutical industry, most recently as Chief Executive Officer of Aerami Therapeutics, Inc., a then clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, until mid-2024. Prior to Aerami, Ms. Whitaker served as Chief Executive Officer of Novoclem Therapeutics, Inc. and Synta Pharmaceuticals Corporation. She also previously held various senior commercial and executive leadership roles at Bausch Heath Companies, Inc., Sanofi S.A., and GlaxoSmithKline. Ms. Whitaker currently serves on the Board of Directors of publicly-traded companies Basilea Pharmaceutica Ltd. and ICON plc. She also currently serves on a number of private Boards of Directors, including Trinity Partners, LLC, Bespak, Inc., QurAlis LLC and Beaconcure Technologies. Ms. Whitaker previously served on the Boards of Directors of publicly-traded companies OraSure Technologies, Inc., Ergomed plc, Faron Pharmaceuticals, and Nykode Therapeutics AS, and several other public and private life sciences companies.
