What happens to my resume once it goes into the recruiting system?
When you apply online for a specific job or jobs, copies of your resume are sent directly to the recruiter who is supporting that position. In addition, your resume will be added to a database that is searchable by all recruiters within Alkermes. This means that you will be considered for the position to which you applied, and you may also be considered for other opportunities that match your qualifications. It is not necessary to send a hard copy of your resume.
How do I know whether my resume was submitted?
You will receive a confirmation of submission from our recruiting system as well as a confirmation email.
Will I be contacted directly by a recruiter?
If your skill set is appropriate for a job, a recruiter will contact you for an initial phone screen or to schedule an interview.
