From Logan Airport and Boston
- Take the Sumner Tunnel to Route 93 North. Follow the up ramp 0.25 miles to signs for Storrow Drive.
- Travel west on Storrow Drive to the Cambridge / Massachusetts Avenue exit (exit is on the left).
- At the top of the ramp, turn right onto Massachusetts Avenue and go over the bridge to Cambridge.
- Continue straight, passing through 4 sets of traffic lights.
- Turn left onto Sidney Street. Alkermes is located at 88 Sidney Street.
- Parking is available at the 80 Landsdowne Street parking garage.
From the North
- Take Route 93 South to the Charlestown / Sullivan Square exit.
- At the end of the exit ramp stay left onto Route 99. Once on Route 99, stay to the right.
- At Bunker Hill Community College, take a right and follow signs to Memorial Drive.
- Take Memorial Drive west toward MIT and Harvard, always staying in the right lane.
- Turn right onto Massachusetts Avenue at MIT.
- Continue straight, passing through 4 sets of traffic lights.
- Turn left onto Sidney Street. Alkermes is located at 88 Sidney Street.
- Parking is available at the 80 Landsdowne Street parking garage.
From the West and South
- Follow the Massachusetts Turnpike (Route 90 East) to exit 18, Allston / Cambridge (left lane exit).
- After passing through the toll booth, the exit ramp splits; stay to the right (toward Cambridge).
- Travel straight through the stoplights and go over the river.
- Continue straight for about 1.5 miles until you reach Central Square.
- Take a right onto Massachusetts Avenue.
- Go 0.25 miles until you see the Star Market / MIT University Park Hotel and take a right onto Sidney Street. Alkermes is located at 88 Sidney Street.
- Parking is available at the 80 Landsdowne Street parking garage.
Public Transportation and Walking Directions
- On the MBTA, take the Red Line to Central Square.
- On Massachusetts Avenue, walk towards MIT and the Charles River.
- After the fire station, take a right onto Sidney Street.
- Alkermes is located at 88 Sidney Street, 4 blocks on the left.

From Logan Airport
- Follow the airport exits signs as though you are heading towards Boston via the Sumner Tunnel.
- Keep to the far right going down the ramp to the tunnel but DO NOT go into the tunnel!
- Turn slightly right, then slightly left onto Porter Street.
- Turn slightly to the left again onto Bennington Street.
- Turn right onto Meridian Street.
- Stay on Meridian Street as you cross the McArdle drawbridge in Chelsea.
- Meridian Street becomes Pearl Street after you cross the bridge.
- Turn left onto Congress Ave.
- Congress Ave. turns into 3rd. Street.
- 3rd Street becomes Everett Ave.
- Immediately after you pass Mystic Mall, there is a florist shop on your left and the Wyndham Hotel on your right.
- Just beyond the florist, and directly opposite the hotel, at the fork of Everett Avenue and Vale Street, turn left into the parking lot.
- If you come to the Chelsea High School, you have gone a block too far.
From the Tobin Bridge
- Go east over the Tobin Bridge
- After you cross the bridge, take the first exit into Chelsea.
- At the end of the ramp bear left onto Chestnut Street.
- Turn left onto Third Street.
- Bear Right onto Everett Avenue.
- Immediately after you pass Mystic Mall, there is a florist shop on your left and the Wyndham Hotel on your right.
- Just beyond the florist, and directly opposite the hotel, at the fork of Everett Avenue and Vale Street, turn left into the parking lot.
- If you come to the Chelsea High School, you have gone a block too far.
From the West
- Follow the Mass Pike to Boston.
- Take Route 93 North to the Tobin Bridge.
- Go East over the Tobin Bridge.
- Take the first exit after you cross the bridge into Chelsea (Beacon Street / Chelsea Waterfront). Note exit Speed limit is 15 mph.
- Continue on Chestnut Street to first lights.
- Turn left onto Williams St.
- Turn right onto Spruce St.
- Turn left onto Everett Ave (Burger King on corner)
- Immediately after crossing the railroad tracks, bear left at the fork onto Vale Street and then immediately turn left into the parking lot. There is a florist next to the parking lot entrance.
From the North
- Follow Route 95 South to Route 1 South.
- From Route 1 South, take the Carter Street/Chelsea exit.
- The sign will say "Last Exit Before Toll." (If you miss this exit, you will pay a $3.00 toll to go over the Tobin Bridge into Boston.)
- Bear right at the bottom of the exit ramp. Chelsea High School will be on your right.
- Turn left at the traffic light onto Everett Ave.
- Number 190 Everett Avenue will be on the right, just after the auto supply and before the florist; it is directly opposite the Wyndham Hotel. If you cross the railroad tracks, you have gone too far. If necessary, you can turn around in the mall just across the tracks.
From the South
- Follow Route 93 North to the Tobin Bridge.
- As you exit the new tunnel, keep to the left. The exit for the Tobin Bridge is on the LEFT.
- Go East over the Tobin Bridge.
- Take the first exit after you cross the bridge into Chelsea (Beacon Street / Chelsea Waterfront). Note exit Speed limit is 15 mph.

- Proceed south on I-71 approximately 57 miles to US 68 Wilmington exit.
- Turn left onto US 68 and proceed approximately 6 miles into downtown Wilmington.
- Turn left onto US 22/SR 3/SR 73. Proceed through town past Wilmington College. Stay in the right lane! Approximately ½ mile past the college, US 22/SR 3/SR 73 make a sharp turn to the left. DO NOT FOLLOW THE TURN. GO STRAIGHT THROUGH onto FIFE AVENUE!
- Take Fife Avenue to the stop sign where it will dead end.
- Turn right onto David’s Drive from Fife Avenue.
- Proceed on David’s Drive approx. ½ mile to Olinger Circle, turn right on Olinger Circle. Alkermes is on the left at the end of the street.
- Main entrance is around the back of the building.
From Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG)
- Take I-275 East approximately 3 miles to I-71/I-75 North.
- Proceed north on I-71 to SR 73, Waynesville/Wilmington exit, exit number 45.
- Turn right onto SR 73 and proceed approximately 9 miles to Wilmington.
- Turn left onto US 22/SR 3/SR73. Proceed through town past Wilmington College. Stay in the right lane! Approximately ½ mile past the college, US 22/SR 3/SR 73 make a sharp turn to the left. DO NOT FOLLOW THE TURN. GO STRAIGHT THROUGH onto FIFE AVENUE!
- Take Fife Avenue to the stop sign where it will dead end.
- Turn right onto David’s Drive from Fife Avenue.
- Proceed on David’s Drive approx. ½ mile to Olinger Circle, turn right on Olinger Circle. Alkermes is on the left at the end of the street.
- Main entrance is around the back of the building.
From Dayton, Ohio Airport (DAY)
- Take I-70 East to I-75 South approximately 26 miles to SR 73 East.
- Proceed east on SR 73 approximately 23 miles to Wilmington.
- Turn left onto US 22/SR 3/SR73. Proceed through town past Wilmington College. Stay in the right lane! Approximately ½ mile past the college, US 22/SR 3/SR 73 make a sharp turn to the left. DO NOT FOLLOW THE TURN. GO STRAIGHT THROUGH onto FIFE AVENUE!
